The TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program is the direct outcome of municipal governments partnering together to identify common needs for public entities across and beyond the State of Texas.

Commodity codes are standard classification codes for products and services. These codes come from the State of Texas NIGP Commodity book. Using these codes tells Procurement Services what kinds of items are purchased most, so we can build better contracts to serve your needs.

1. DIR Customer emails IT Staffing requirements to sales@spius.net
2. Customer must provide the following details in the email:
   - Job Role
   - Job Description and job duties
   - Point-of-contact information
   - Submittal Deadline
   - Other required materials, skills or preferences
3. SPI Delivery Manager will prescreen and submit qualified candidates to Customer
4. Customer reviews & intervews candidates
5. Customer selects a candidate and notifies SPI Delivery Manage
6. Customer emails PO to sales@spius.net
